Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Atlyn's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Service Description

Atlyn provides premium custom visuals for Microsoft Power BI, available through subscription-based licensing. Our Services include the Atlyn website, downloadable Power BI visual packages (.pbiviz files), and related account management features.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must sign in with a valid Microsoft account to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately at atlyn.help@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

• Free trial: Each visual includes a 30-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required to start a trial.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Payment is processed through Stripe.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. License Grant

Upon subscribing, Atlyn grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the subscribed visual(s) in Power BI reports for the duration of your active subscription.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Atlyn visual.
• Share, redistribute, or resell your license key to third parties.
• Use the visuals in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to circumvent licensing restrictions or access controls.

7. Intellectual Property

All Atlyn visuals, software, designs, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of Atlyn. Your subscription grants a license to use the visuals, not ownership of any intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Atlyn in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use Atlyn visuals is immediately revoked. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
